Wulstan Capital is a London based fund management business whose investment focus is the UK commercial real estate sector. The majority of the assets owned by our funds are modern and let on long leases to AAA tenants.
Wulstan Capital was founded by Rupert Jones in 2009, Rupert was previously head of real estate (Middle East) at BNP Paribas, prior to this he worked at BNP Paribas Real Estate in Birmingham and Fletcher King PLC in London.
Wulstan Capital funds currently own 28 properties with a total value of £40m.
The majority of properties acquired are modern units let for at least 10 years whose tenants have a minimum net worth of £50m.
