Wulstan Capital has sold a Co-op supermarket in Glen Parva, Leicester to a private investor for £4m.

 

The building is let for a further 14.5 years subject to fixed annual rent increases of 2.25%.

Barnsley Hall Sale

Apr/22

Wulstan Capital has completed the sale of Barnsley Hall, Bromsgrove to a residential developer.

 

Wulstan has simultaneously exchanged contracts on the adjacent building, Barnsley Court, with the same purchaser subject to a 6 month delayed completion.

 

The buildings were previously let to the NHS on a 20 year lease.

Westhill Purchase

Mar/22

Wulstan Capital has agreed to purchase a brand new Co-op convenience store in Westhill, Aberdeenshire.

 

The unit, once built, will be let on a 15 year lease at a rent of £85,000 per annum.

Ardrossan Letting

Feb/22

Wulstan Capital have agreed a 10 year lease renewal with Jewson on an industrial unit in Ardrossan at a rent of £65,000 per annum.

Wolverhampton Sale

Feb/22

Wulstan Capital has sold a vacant office building on Pendeford Business Park, Wolverhampton to an owner occupier. Wulstan simultaneously agreed a surrender of the existing lease with the tenant Toyota.
