Wulstan Agrees Lease Extension

Wulstan Capital has agreed a 10 year lease extension to January 2039 with Scottish Power in Kilmarnock.

 

The grade A industrial unit is let at £100,000 pa.

Wulstan Concludes Site Purchase

Wulstan Capital has completed the purchase of land at Westhill, Aberdeenshire for the development of a 4,500 sq ft convenience store pre-let to the Co-op on a 15 year lease.

 

Detailed planning is already in place and work is scheduled to commence in May 2026 with completion in the autumn. 

 

Kingsmead Developments are acting as Wulstan’s development managers.

Wulstan Agrees New Lease

May/25

Wulstan Capital have completed a lease regear with Howden in Mexborough.

 

The tenant surrendered their existing lease and signed a new 10 year lease at £69,000 pa, this is a 31% increase from the previous rent.
